You can update your location at any time by navigating to Settings > Manage Personal Details. From there, you can enter a new zip code or city. Note that changing your location frequently may temporarily pause your profile visibility to ensure authenticity.
We take your privacy incredibly seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored on secure servers. We never sell your data to third parties. You also have full control over your visibility settings, including an Incognito mode for Premium Gold members.
Ready Minds subscriptions (Premium Gold and Platinum) auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (1, 3, or 6 months). You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time through your Account Settings, and you will retain your premium features until the end of your current paid period.
Our algorithm prioritizes high-quality, complete profiles. To increase your chances, ensure you have at least 4 clear photos, complete all your editorial text prompts, and expand your distance/age preferences slightly. Quality interactions take time!
If you need a break, you can hide your profile from Discovery in the Settings tab. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap 'Delete Account'.
A Super Like sends an immediate notification to the other person, ensuring they see your profile sooner. They will see a distinct golden star on your profile when you appear in their Discovery feed, dramatically increasing the chance of a match.
Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Please review our Terms of Service for specific exceptions outlined by local laws.
